Victoria is the Owner and Lead Designer of Virago Interiors, where every project is guided by a philosophy of intelligent design—the artful intersection of beauty, purpose, and intention. Her approach is rooted in the belief that a home should not only look exquisite but function seamlessly as an extension of the people who inhabit it.

With a background in Interior Design and Business Management, Victoria brings both creative insight and strategic thinking to her work. Her signature interiors are known for their quiet sophistication, balance, and clarity—spaces that evoke calm while reflecting the unique identity of each client.

Influenced by global experiences, Victoria creates environments that support well-being, self-expression, and a refined way of living. Every design is thoughtfully composed—unapologetically original, enduringly elegant, and intuitively tailored to evoke a sense of personal harmony and timeless sophistication.

Justin St Julian

Executive Owner 

Justin serves as Executive Owner of Virago Interiors, where he oversees financial operations, business registrations, and strategic planning to ensure the firm’s long-term success. With over a decade of corporate finance experience spanning industries such as energy, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and healthcare, he brings strategic insight and disciplined leadership to every initiative.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Information Systems from UT Dallas, along with both a Master’s in Accounting and an MBA. While his primary focus is maintaining the company’s financial strength, his discerning eye for design and genuine creative passion allow him to collaborate meaningfully with the design team.

By blending financial expertise with aesthetic sensitivity, Justin ensures each Virago Interiors project not only fulfills strategic objectives but also results in spaces that are as enduring and functional as they are inspiring.
